Jake Rosser, a seasoned LAPD K-9 officer, is devastated when his loyal partner, Ace, is shot and killed during a drug bust. Unable to cope with his grief and fueled by rage, Jake vows to find Ace's killers and make them pay. He disobeys orders and goes rogue, venturing into the underbelly of Los Angeles' criminal world.
